I highly recommend Rochester Pest Pro. After previously hiring a different company, (let’s call them Country and Town), that did not fix our issue and pushed for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, we gave Rochester Pest Pro a call. They were able to fix the issue in short order, their technician was very knowledgeable and their customer service is superb.

RPP does our pest control and they’re great! The sales manager Dan comes out every month or so to check on us and see how things are going! Any time we’ve been in a pinch, Dan or Jason (the owner) has come to our rescue. The pricing is comparable to other local companies. They use higher quality products compared to others, and actually pay attention to detail, so the slight price difference is worth every penny! If you’re looking for local pest control for your home or business… look no further!

i contacted them on a wednesday for a squirrel problem and matt was at my house the next morning. he assessed the problem, located the points of entry, and sealed them up. he was very helpful with explaining what happened, what needed to be done, and what to do to prevent future problems. this company is the greatest!

Rochester Pest Pro came out yesterday to help us with a mouse problem. The tech, Matt, was so helpful and immediately found where they were getting in. He sealed the hole and gave us recommendations. We had such a good experience with them that we will for sure be using them for pest maintenance in the spring.

We have been using Rochester Pest Pro for various pest issues over the last few years. They have helped us with unwanted insects, a hornets nest, and most recently visitors in our attic!
