Juan and his crew are the ULTIMATE exterminators! Fast acting, quality service to tackle the pests of NYC. The crew comes prepared, they are precise, skilled and make the client comfortable! Juan has a strategy, its safe (we have dogs and highly sensitive residents) and he addressed every concern with compassion and respect. Problem was treated quick and we saw immediate results. That is what you want from an exterminator: honestly and accuracy. I know UPC will be my go-to for years to come. I found Juan through a referral and I will gladly refer him to others!
