The exterminator himself was very nice but he was told not to do anything further than spray the apartment. Also this whole time, because we get them once a month, I thought they were being let into the apartment when we were not available ( I happen to be home that day)and I found out that was not the case. I asked the exterminator if I could speak to someone in their office and the person I spoke to was very rude and uncompromising so I was kind of disappointed with the whole situation.
