I used this company for a k9 bed bug inspection and they came same day and was the cheapest company offering k9 inspections. When they arrived, I was satisfied with how thorough and accurate the inspection was. They are top notch in my book!

This company is not reliable to use. I paid full amount for two treatments $1932.53 on august 11th 2024. They done the first treatment. After three months I call them again to follow up the second treatment no one responded. I called them at least 10 times left the message still didn’t get an answer back from them. Until now one year after I still didn’t receive any response from them about my second treatment. This is not how you making your money!!

I recently used NYC Bed Bug Inspections for my East Village apartment and was thoroughly impressed. I had been waking up the past few days with bites so I figured I should at least entertain the idea that it was bed bugs. So I called NYC Bed Bug Inspections and they were here the same day with Tony the Beagle. First thing was the visual inspection which showed no activity so I thought I was in the clear but sure enough that dog caught the scent on my bed and only my bed (Thank God). John called with a follow up later in the evening and really took the time to put my mind at ease. Thankfully I didn’t procrastinate and have caught it super early. So now it’s time to get rid of those little pests. I’ve also used them once before several years ago which came back negative for them. High recommend. Genuinely nice people and cute beagle.

Sad to have to have done it, but these guys were the best. Not only were they available to talk about the issue, they were incredibly well-spoken, kind, and gentle about the whole affair. Handler Ben and his counterpart Tony reviewed my entire unit, including my roommate’s room to find one single problem spot that Tony alerted at. Ben gave me some helpful advice and John followed up later today (same day!!) to discuss next steps as I had caught it very early. As someone mentioned earlier, having an impartial service, while positive, brought me a ton of peace for moving forward and getting every solution in place.

I recently received a k9 bed bug inspection on my apartment in midtown and I was amazed at how quickly the dog was able to detect the bed bugs. Within seconds the dog was able to locate the infestation. Hopefully I don’t have to but id use them again if i needed to. highly recommend!

My experience with them started out really great — like over 5 stars. I’m absolutely petrified of any and all bugs, and was repeatedly waking up with bites mostly on my face. I reached a point where I was desperate to have anyone come ASAP. They came around 10pm that same night to do an inspection and Tony the dog did find bed bug scent on my bed. They connected me with an exterminator and helped secure me a discount with them, in addition to thoroughly answering my questions and advising me on steps I should take in addition to exterminating. One treatment later, and it’s been months without bites or sightings of any bug. So why only four stars? I asked repeatedly for a formal report stating that the inspection was positive, because I wanted to prove to my building that the quick human-only inspection that they provided me with, which came back negative, wasn’t enough. At first, they were answering and saying they’d definitely get it to me, one time even saying “today.” Well, “today” was back in December and they have since completely stopped answering me. I have yet to receive the report, which means I have yet to be able to challenge my landlord and try to get some reimbursement from them for this ordeal. It made me wonder about their legitimacy because, while I am now bug-free and they were involved in that, their refusal to provide me with a report makes me wonder if they even have an official report at all.

Used their phone service to help with identifying a bug found on my bed. They were quick to respond and gave good direction on determining if it was a bed bug or not, and gave their final decision as well. So helpful and I felt so much relief in knowing I wasn’t dealing with a bed bug.

I called for a quote and they were the cheapest k9 inspection company around. Highly recommended and very affordable.
