STOP scrolling for other pest control companies in NYC! Simply put, 24/7 Pest Control NYC is the best and should be a go-to resource for anyone dealing with pest issues. Frank and his team are responsive and professional and understand how to control/contain pest-related problems. We reached out directly after our building management failed to solve our issues, and his technicians did more preventive maintenance than our building management has ever offered. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests in NYC.

I have an irrational fear of mice, and I saw one in my apartment and needed immediate help. I reached out to Frank and had someone here within the hour. Mel was super helpful, kind, and efficient. He truly gave top tier service, found Stuart Little, closed up holes that my super and another exterminator claimed didn’t exist (or didn’t check for), and was just all around pleasant and put my mind at ease. Hopefully, I won’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll definitely call them.

Frank dispatched Jermell to my apartment within an hour of calling at 11pm on a Tuesday night. They are amazing. He came and completely put my mind at ease, was professional and kind and thorough. I will absolutely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone I know!

Had a great service from Jahmel! He made sure to find the cracks and crevices in the walls that the bugs could’ve been coming from, instead of only spraying the grounds. Speedy and effective service, plus he is super kind and funny!

I reached out at noon on Mother’s Day because we had an unwanted visitor in our home. Jermell came to our house within 2 hours, set up traps, gave us advice on how to prevent any other visitors from coming in and was an all around amazing person. Our extra guest was caught later on that evening. They even offer services to close any holes so it doesn’t happen again. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Quick and exceptional service!

This is the only exterminator service I want to use in NYC and I have tried 3 others before the most recent mouse incident I had. Last night I found one mouse in my west village apartment and immediately called 24hr Pest Control. He was so nice over the phone and said someone could be there in 3 hours. For reference, all the other companies either didn’t pick up or were scheduling out for the following night. I requested a time for the morning and he was immediately amenable and offered me the perfect time slot. The exterminator Jermell showed up promptly on time and with the best attitude. I felt so confident that he would do everything he could to keep the mice out, he was working so hard! An extra note: he told me that for the larger rodent-type home invaders (opossums, raccoons etc.) they don’t kill them when they remove them from people’s homes, they just relocate them. That is not always the case so it’s good to know there is a humane company to call if you live in a house near NYC. Overall the most positive experience I’ve had with an exterminator and it was worth every penny. I can sleep soundly knowing there won’t be another mouse friend running around!

Great service and very quick! I contacted them and was given an appt the same day. Jermell came to my apartment because I had been having mice droppings and had no clue where the mice were coming from. He was professional and informative and quickly located the source of the problem. He thoroughly explained the process and how to fix the problem. I felt in good hands. I definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

You are in great hands. I recently realized I had a mouse problem and saw my first one at 230 AM. I googled looking for an expert to help and called Frank. He answered right away, helpfully talked me through the situation, and promised to send someone out early that next day. I was surprised he answered so late at night and knew I was in good hands. Jahmel came the next day and was wonderful. He set up traps, put a door sweep under my door and immediately identified the larger problem: they used foam seal for my entire apt that rodents can easily chew through and there were holes everywhere (in my kitchen, bathroom, front room, and radiator. Building management was unresponsive at this point, and knowing I wanted a more permanent solution (& peace of mind), I asked Frank and his team to come back and seal everything up. Within two days, they fixed my entire apt. They removed the old foam to replace it with metal seal, closed hidden holes under radiators, between cracks in the floor and walls, in closets, behind my fridge and stove, in my bathroom closets… everywhere. I couldn’t recommend them enough. The service they provide is incredible. Frank is upfront about pricing and wants to provide the best service with no overcharge, his guys are friendly, effective, efficient, punctual, flexible. They have extensive background in construction so know how these prewar nyc acts are built from the ground up, and are willing to come in with little notice and do real long-term reconstruction (unlike most services in NYC that want to come back monthly for more $). I will refer all of my friends to them and couldn’t be happier with my experience!!!!

I don’t even know how to express how wonderful Frank and his team at 24 Hour Pest Control NYC are, but I’m going to try. If you don’t read the rest of this review, whoever you are, this is the moral of the story: don’t waste your time calling other exterminators (even if they have great reviews) — your rodent/pest nightmare begins AND ENDS by calling 24 Hour Pest Control NYC. I’m serious. Also, I never write reviews; I am writing this one because we have had a months-long battle with rodents, and I’m kicking myself for not calling Frank in the first place. If I had, this problem could have been dealt with months ago. I’m hoping this review can save someone else from that mistake. First, it’s worth mentioning our experience up until Frank and Jarmell saved the day. My roommate and I have been dealing with rodent problems in my apartment since we moved in a couple of months ago. Our landlord had been incredibly unhelpful and difficult to get ahold of. When we were finally able to get our landlord to send a maintenance person out and “seal” behind the dishwasher, we thought we were clear of problems, and then we continued to see mice(?) (rats? Don’t know, don’t care. Gross either way). After a bunch of research, we contacted a different exterminator with great reviews, who said they would come inspect the place for $250, and then they would come up with a proposal and send someone out to actually deal with sealing/fixing the problem for another charge of $400-$3000 depending on how bad the problem was. Lo and behold, at least a week after their initial inspection, even though we had followed up with them every day since then, we hadn’t been able to get them to schedule a follow up appointment. Finally, while sitting in my bedroom with the door open at 7:30pm last night, a mouse started to come into my room — I slammed my door shut, searched other exterminators, found 24 Hour Pest Control NYC, and called. Frank answered, and said they could have someone to my place in 1.5 – 2 hours. Frank himself arrived in 1.5 hours on the dot (9pm!!!!), and I honestly thought he was just going to check the couch (where I thought the problem was) and do some remedial measures until he could get back out to my place for a full treatment/seal of the unit. Nope! He inspected everywhere — the bathroom, behind the dishwasher (where my Super had allegedly already sealed it — Frank took one look at the Super’s work and then looked at me and said “what the hell is this?” There were still holes back there!!!), he even looked outside of my unit and in the hallways of my building, where he identified other problem areas. I initially had no idea he brought along Jarmell, who came upstairs a few minutes later, and those two spent at least two hours in my apartment from 9pm – 11pm on a Monday night, sealing everywhere they could. Also!!! Frank was extremely transparent with me about pricing; after checking out the problem areas, he stopped and told me what he could do for what I was able to afford. I wasn’t able to pull together the cash for a total treatment of my property right then and there, but boy did I get my money’s worth — there were no surprise costs, and he charged exactly what we discussed on the phone. I was waiting and expecting surprise costs based on how much work he did (did I mention it was 10PM ON A MONDAY NIGHT???), and boy did I get my money’s worth. With that said, he showed me around and told me the additional things he would do if I had opted for a total treatment of the property. If I continue to have problems, Frank will be my first call. Frank & Jarmell: I promise I won’t make you come back out at a moment’s notice next time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel so much safer. You’re amazing!!

I found a rat having a buffet in my trash can last Saturday evening. After my super told me it was a “non emergency” I called frank and his team to come help. Within an hour and a half, Ahmad and Jermell were at my residence. They quickly identified the hole and set traps everywhere to give me peace of mind. Frank came by a few days later to inspect and recommend any additional work that may be needed. This is a top notch group that cares about its customers. In my case, a rat infestation is a huge deal to me. They understood the severity of the situation and handled it with professionalism and detail. This is who you want to fix your issues when rodents and creatures are present in your home. They are not interested in providing temporary stop gaps, but permanent solutions that prevent rodents from returning. This is the A team.
