Tim did an initial inspection to identify the issue, made recommendations, explained everything very clearly, answered all our questions, and got us set up for appropriate action. All the service people (Frank, Victor – and I apologize for not remembering the names of others) have been great: hard-working, conscientious, thorough, and caring – and everyone we’ve dealt with from the company has been pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d prefer not to need your services, but since I do, I’m happy to have found you and am happy to recommend your business to others. Thanks! Updating June 2024 to add that, after several months of monthly checks, I am still very happy with the services provided by USX. The office staff are unfailingly patient, helpful and efficient, and the technicians are consistently thorough, professional and willing to go out of their way to resolve any issue and to provide information. Highly recommended!
