I’ve used this service multiple times in different houses, I’ve never had an issue. They are well priced, fair, above and beyond. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with all of the staff, and they are always friendly and personable and willing to help. I have referred them, and will continue to do so! A great local and well known business! I have used them and referred them to multiple businesses and friends as well without a single complaint! The office staff is always friendly and helpful on the phone, and the techs are efficient and get things done in a timely fashion. The owner is very polite, and hands on with his company and customers! One of the best family owned businesses and best exterminators i’ve used! (and i’ve tried many)

Doesn’t give you the time of day, charges just to come over and inspect where no one else does. Abrupt, and rude on the phone, use another exterminator….Replying back to your response, I had called last Friday late afternoon, so whoever was working the phone, speak to them.
