Let me start by saying we had an infestation of hundreds of houseflies and two days ago a really good technician came, stayed two hours and tried to eradicate them. Well, we still have a few hundred! But here is the point: the technician was completely helpful and patient and hard working; and customer service (thank you Christine) has been amazingly responsive. I hope we do get rid of our flies, they are disgusting. But the service by this company has met a very high standard for service in today’s mediocre world!

I called this company early in the morning to eliminate the wasp nest in my shed. I spoke with Lakia, who provided excellent customer service. She was informative and very helpful and caring. Kornil arrived 4 hours later. He found the problem and sprayed and sprayed. He searched for more nests in the area but didn’t find any. He stayed about 10 minutes making sure he got them all including the larvae. I definitely recommend this company.

My family and I discovered we had a rat infestation in our house on Maple Street. We were desperate to rid our home of the pests, so we called upon Select Exterminating. The agency responded promptly, sending their team of technicians led by a man named Robert Alarco. Robert’s team arrived at our home with an assortment of traps and poisons. They assured us that their methods were humane and that the pests would be dealt with swiftly. Trusting the agency’s reputation, we left Robert and his team to their work. However, Robert had a different approach in mind. Instead of using humane traps, he opted for the quickest and cheapest methods available. Rat poison was scattered indiscriminately around the house, and glue traps were placed in hidden corners, ensuring that no rat could escape their fate. Within days, our home became a scene of horror. We were horrified to find rats stuck to glue traps, suffering for hours before succumbing to their fate. The poison, too, wreaked havoc, causing the rats to die slowly and painfully. Our once cozy home was filled with the stench of decay and the sound of distressed animals. After a thorough cleaning and some renovations, we eventually restored our home. However, this incident has left a mark on my family, my wife, and my children. Never again.

Issue resolved completely!!! My friend had an issue with roaches and mice at his apartment. A tech named Edwin came by and did a very thorough inspection pulled everything looked everywhere and under anything that wasn’t bolted to the floor lol.
