I’m sharing this review because I had a very good experience with this company. They were friendly on my call. They answered questions and got me scheduled quickly. They sent a technician out and got my house treated. A week later I had a reoccurrence of ants. They quickly rescheduled me and send out a great technician. His name is David. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I really think he went above and beyond and made a lot of effort to address the issue. He also explained the process and cycle of treatment. Because of this, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs service.

Jedediah called and we discussed the issue that we had and I am very pleased at how respectful he was. I believe going forward he and his company will do a little better at being aware of the surroundings and notify the neighbors directly next to the homes being serviced in case their windows are all open! I would recommend using Jedediah’s company as he is a small locally owned business and I do support small business owners!

Best experience I’ve received so far in town right off the back. The technician ( Sal Valdez ) was awesome. He actually took the second to listen to my concerns and treated my home like it was his. If anybody is looking for good customer service and good work ethic. Please call proactive pest control as soon as possible and get your home taken care of. Thanks a lot Sal!
