I heard cavanaughs was bought by Viking so I figured the prices would be higher. Unfortunately, I actually couldn’t tell you how much because they put me on hold for way longer than I ever was with Cavanaugh’s. Tough to lose a good company like that. They were so reliable before.

I have been using them for +3 years. Due to Covid – skipped 2020. Anyways their service folks are highly professional and entertaining even. Answers every question. The big dude – Ryan is the best. Michelle on the phone and Matt for pesky stuff is amazing. Never had issues with them. Their prices one can’t beat. They respond within 24 hrs if anything is found. They service 3 times / year with zero problems. I even took them up for in ground bait system – i.e. the venerable Sentricon and they gladly did the work and doing the monitoring THREE times / year. Overall for their annual platinum service and the Sentricon monitoring the price is just fantastic.

Called on a Saturday morning and someone arrived within an hour! He did a thorough inspection for pests and resolved all the issues. We’re glad we found this company and wished we had years ago. Quick, honest and competitively priced.

Cavanaughs came highly recommended from my mother in law. They came to my house to take care of a wasp hive that must have had a few thousand wasps in it. The wasps flew through a small hole in my soffit and made a home in the wall/ceiling of my second floor master bedroom within a week or two. There were so many that it sounded like there was water running in my attack all day and night from the movement of the wasps. Within 5-10 mins of getting here and setting up he had the entire hive take care of and gone. I highly recommend Cavanaughs and going forward they’re the only place I’ll use for pest control.
