They have very good service, I don’t have insects in the house, the guys who came to fumigate are very professional and very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was when they came to inspect the attic and told me that it had very ugly spiders and that they would come out in the winter, they wanted to charge me a lot of money to put an end to that, winter has already passed and I never saw a spider. They also told me that I had termites outside the house and apparently that was also a lie, they also wanted to charge thousands of dollars for that. As long as you hire them only to fumigate the house, everything will be fine.

Just had one of the best “knock on my door” customer service experiences I have ever had. Olivia was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We invited her to come in out of the heat and she was so appreciative. She even went above and beyond to come back to my home several hours later to talk to my husband since I didn’t want to make the decision without him and she was right on time. After her very thorough and professional explanation of their service we decided to make the switch from our current pest control company to Moxie. We won’t be paying much more and they do so much more. I can’t speak on the actual pest control part of things just yet since we just signed up and our first service will be tomorrow., but as far as customer service goes they deserve 5+ stars! We were sold just because of this experience.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I NEED SERVICES DONE! THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY WANT AND THE SPRAY ISN’T STRONG ENOUGH I HAVE MORE BUGS AFTER USING THEM!

I don’t appreciate your rep knocking on my door and ringing my doorbell at 7:35 PM while completely ignoring the “No Soliciting” sign that is clearly posted on my front door. This is obviously a problem with this company because there are multiple reviews saying the same thing. On 2 occasions your reps have stopped by and regardless of how many times I say no, they try to keep talking and won’t leave. Either you allow/encourage this type of behavior, or the employees are completely disregarding the company guidance. Seeing the numerous complaints about this, I’m guessing it’s the first option. I didn’t catch his name, but here’s your guy.

Please tell the people advertising for your company that they should not approach a woman getting out of her car in the 118 degree heat and then continue to try and engage in conversation about pest control when there are children that need to get out of a baking hot car. When it is made clear that children getting out of the car are the priority and there isn’t interest in continuing the conversation the solicitor should not then proceed to say that he is also hot and we should step into the shade. Solicitors should be aware and respectful of the surroundings and circumstances, not pushy in dangerously high temperatures. It would be a better approach and would have been much appreciated to wave and come back around later.

Sucks I just signed up recently about a little over a month ago now and I haven’t seen any difference with the bugs. They did the first spray and that brought out the bugs more which I expected but even after this second spray we had a spider pop up a scorpion lady bugs and moths in the house and we never had bugs like that ever till we started using there service. Then when I call to have them spray the inside they put me off for another two weeks. It’s upsetting I’m 8 months pregnant and got stung by a scorpion in my bed the other week. I truly wish I could cancel the service cause none of the sprays have been helping and it’s only seemed to make it worse.
