I was working with a different company for months without any results. I kept getting told to wait an see what happens. After a rodent got into my house, I decided to call Guaranteed Pest Solutions and cancel my previous service provider. Joe was able to come out immediately. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. During the first visit, he was able to identify that rodents had chewed a hole through my drywall behind my dishwasher. After the initial inspection, he quickly plugged the hole, gave me a set of steps to take, and quickly scheduled a follow up appointment to put in a permanent solution. It took Guaranteed Pest Solutions a few hours to fix all of my issues vs months of waiting with the other provider. I absolutely recommend them!

Joe is truly amazing!! I was referred by a family friend of Joe’s and I will never use another pest company. He is so helpful and Karen does an amazing job at being so responsive to any of my needs. We were battling rats for a very long time and Joe put cameras in our attic to figure out which way they were coming and going. He’d make several trips a week to make adjustments to the cameras or seal different parts of my house. He really cares about quality and making absolutely sure whatever pests you’re dealing with go away. Joe and Nick have helped us with several other small things like bees, ants and roaches. The rats were the biggest headache and I am so grateful to have Joe and Nick to help us finally get rid of them! We no longer hear rat footsteps, squeaking or arguments anymore!
