I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Steve from Accurate Pest Control, and I feel compelled to leave this review in recognition of his outstanding service. Although Steve didn’t physically come out to address my pest problem, his assistance was invaluable. After reaching out, Steve promptly called me back and went above and beyond by researching online to help me find the perfect trap for my specific needs. Throughout our conversation, Steve was incredibly kind, offering his expertise and guidance completely free of charge. What stood out the most was his non-judgmental and genuinely caring approach, making me feel supported and understood. It’s rare to encounter such a remarkable blend of professionalism and empathy. Steve is not just a fantastic representative of Accurate Pest Control but an amazing human being. I cannot thank him enough for his help. Accurate Pest Control definitely deserves five stars for having such a dedicated and compassionate team member. Thank you, Steve, for everything!

I have used Accurate Pest Control since 2007. The owner, Steve, is very responsive and helpful with any questions I have. Since using this company, I have never had any bugs in or outside of my home. They are always on time and even provide me with a courtesy call the day before so I remember they are coming each month! Very happy with their service and price and highly recommend them to anyone needing a monthly service.

I’ve been using Accurate for years on monthly basis. Great service, they work with my schedule. If I’ve need extra they’ve always showed up within a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to the owner Steve about a rat infestation at my daughter’s house for help with a growing problem she is encoutering at her property. After letting him know the rats have been very destructive chewing up wires, hoses etc.. Out of the blue he told me sorry we cannot help you?

I had so many ants in the patio area, even going up the trees, and cockroaches all over the house, yard, they wanted to take over. I called Accurate Pest Control and explained my problem and he said no problem they see it a lot in Vegas. They came out and sprayed and I’ve been extremely pleased with them. They call the day before to let us know they will be there tomorrow. You can’t go wrong.

Accurate Pest Control was referred to me by my father, who also uses them. They were very quick in putting me on their rotation and our service tech is great- like clockwork, he shows up at the exact time he is scheduled to be. Quick, professional and have not seen any bugs/insects inside or outside of our house. Highly recommend!

We have used Accurate Pest Control for approximately 25 years. Always on time, they return phone calls quickly and keep our home pest free.
