Very upset they took $50 out of my account without my permission , no correspondence to let me know prices were going up ,, asked for a refund and I’m told I just have to wait and that’s if they decide to give me back my money ,, asked to speak with someone in billing was told there in no one else I can speak with ,,, but they made sure they canceled my service immediately not happy!!!!

I highly recommend this guys. Very professional and knowledgeable techs. Costumer service quite understanding and friendly. I’ve been using their service for more than a year and they haven’t let me down. I’m extremely satisfied with this company!

Pay for their monthly service. Found 2 brown recluses. Left multiple messages and emails, they never responded. Finally got a hold of them on the phone and they sent someone out, found another brown recluse in my house a week later. Company is a joke, do not use them under any circumstance.

Gerado was so friendly and did a great job of explaining services and what pests we we’re dealing with! Scheduling service was great and everyone is super friendly and accomadating. If you are considering service with Las Vegas Pest Control, you should just jump on in! You will not be dissappointed!

Very satisfied with their service. Have not had any bugs since starting their pest control monthly service.! And it feels great knowing if I had any issues they’d come resolve it right away. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Las Vegas Pest Control for a few years now. The technicians are always on time and take the time to answer questions I may have. They definately make sure that my home is free of pests! The office staff have always been helpful when I’ve had to call for any reason. Recently I thought I would have to cancel service to save a few dollars a month, but with their help I didn’t have to, they’re understanding and compassion was beyond anything I could have asked for from a company. There’s no other company I would recommend more than LV Pest Control! Thank you again!!

Switched to LV Pest Control after years with Bulwark. Just 6 months into our services and have found that LV Pest Control far exceeds in customer service and thoroughness. They are always prompt or even slightly early. They provide an exact appointment time not a window. You aren’t required to be home if you only want an external service. They will return between visits if additional treatments are needed. John was our first tech, but now we have Zach and Alexis was in training, but all techs are super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with LV Pest Control! Thank you!

This company is really unbelievable life saver coz i can’t imagine how easy and fast they could get my house bugs free just for couple of days. It always makes me scream and so scared seeing those running roaches and flying insects around the house and i realize even in the kitchen where my foods are should be very safe so i decided to get service from this company. Now i feel secured, protected and so happy no more dirty roaches running around and flying insects in and outside my house. Bytheway, not only the service were great but also the stuff esp. Pattty who is knowledgable. She tells me everything i need to know. Giancarlo did a great job for spraying every corner of my whole entire house. Thanks a lot. More power to Las Vegas Pest control.
