Do not recommend using this service. Bugs came back even more after treatment. Started out in only one room now is all over our house. When I called was offered no solution. I am a single mother of 2 special needs sons who just got taken advantage of. When I called I spoke with Ashley who was very rude and very unprofessional. She did not seem to care about the severity of this problem for my one son who has seizures due to infection to his body.

Dusty who came to us today was great! He was so extremely helpful and nice. He even helped get a branch for me that I could not reach.Very knowledgeable too and gave me tips. And went out of his way for a little education and his thoughts on how to help. We have used pioneer pests 3 times now and every time has been great. We used a company all first year in our house from an inspection discount and I don’t feel it was 1/2 the quality or service pioneer pest gives. Thanks dusty!

Several houses in our neighborhood were having an issue with ants this season. Pioneer Pest Management was recommended to us by our neighbor, so my wife and I scheduled an appointment. They were able to fix our problem with a single treatment. We appreciated their work, so we asked for additional services. The people at Pioneer respond quickly to emails, are always on time for their appointments, and answer any questions you may have about the process. We highly recommend them.

Every employee that has entered my house was respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service. Recently, Steve even went above and beyond to spray foam in my cracks in the garage to keep mice from coming in the house. Highly recommend.

Great for landlords! Reasonably priced and we have no pests! Consistently easy to work with. They will send reminders if you need them. We go as needed, so I let Ashley know when a house is due. Then have my residents reach out to schedule a convenient time for them. Ashley can send an invoice or bill automatically at your preference. Easy peasy!
