Brian came by to look at some ants for me. Instead of just doing a treatment and leaving, he answered all our questions and pointed me to some longer term fixes I could do on my own that would help more. Very much appreciate the kindness and honesty.

We chose Expert Pest Solutions to treat our termite problem. From the first phone call Paige was very polite and got us setup for inspection. Brian showed up on the scheduled day on time and thoroughly explained the problem, plan for treatment, and cost. He was not a pushy salesman at all. We received several quotes and their price was competitive. The weather did not cooperate and initial treatment had to be rescheduled. Paige called apologizing and quickly rescheduled us for the next week. Brian and his other technician showed up on time on the rescheduled day, applied the treatment in a timely manner, and left everything as tidy as can be. I call that good customer service! Bonus: local company!!

We have been with Expert Pest Solutions for several years now. The customer service is outstanding. We receive quarterly treatments and have had to call between services for some unexpected situations. They are prompt, very thorough, and take the time to explain what they are doing and how it will work. They answer any question in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
