I bought the pest plan back in 2019 or 2020, where I have paid $33.00 a month, every month, auto-drafted. If I have bugs coming in, I call the nice office people and schedule for the guy/s to come out and spray. It’s at no cost. Their spray is non-toxic (per the law), so not a big worry with pets for me. It kills the bugs though. They come and spray outside and inside, when the bugs start coming out from their hiding places in Spring, and when they come back inside in the fall. I live in an old house, and these tiny hard shelled beetles have loved making my home their home. They like to come out to play and eat. They love oatmeal and flour. They drilled tiny holes through the oatmeal box to get in and eat. I was shocked, when the very kind pest guy took the lid off the oatmeal box! It took several times to kill out the colony. If I call in a panic, they get me worked in as soon as they possibly can to take care of the pests, me and my anxiety. It’s $36 now, and I have no problem paying for this service. I don’t have to worry about having to come up with money to pay to kill the bugs, when they decide to come out to eat, poop and play. It’s a total relief and peace of mind for me. I have a quarterly contract with Chilton’s. They do an annual termite inspection and quarterly spray for bugs and check the mouse bait stations. Always have had good luck with all pests not returning.
