Matt just spoke to me on the phone for 20 minutes as I thought our family had a bed bug issue due to some bites on our bodies. He was calm, patient, and assured me it was NOT bed bugs. We 100% will be using Matt going forward for any pest control needs we have. I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was honest and up front with what his thoughts were on our situation. Often you worry about being scammed or just sucked in so that the company can have new business, but he was so honest and kind the whole conversation! Thank you Matt!

I can not sing Matt’s praises enough! We had a weird case where we saw a few bugs in our bathroom. We had multiple exterminators (including our usual guy) tell us we had bed bugs but couldn’t find any evidence of them anywhere other than a bathroom. Matt was the first one to suggest it might be bat bugs. He could have easily come in and said bed bugs as well but he was honest. We can not thank him enough for his help! It saved us A LOT of money and headache. I would 100% use them anytime I had pest issues! They are trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

Ben saved us a lot of anxiety around moving into a new house that we suspected may have had a bug infestation. Ben came out the day of my call, on a Friday evening at 8pm for a free inspection, and confirmed that we actually did not have the bed bug infestation that I feared. Thank you Ben for such good, IMMEDIATE service! This was a huge relief!! We will definitely be referring this business to anyone in need, and this will be our go-to for any future pest control!
