I agreed to $75 ‘inspection fee’ knowing it would be credited toward the service if I had your company exterminate the hornets/bees/wasps, as you were recommended by a friend. However, the one time charge to treat the ‘bald faced hornets’ was another $275 so I said I’d shop around. Next company I had out stated that you misidentified, I had yellow jackets. He showed me pictures of the two and I could clearly see the yellow bodies going in and out of the hole next to my brickwork. He suggested I should ask for my money back. By the way, the next guy’s fee to exterminate was a total of $189. (free to come identify) so it much less than the $329 Abra Kadabra proposed. As a courtesy, I contacted your exterminator that misidentified the pests, asking if he wanted to try to make good on things or refund the charge since he didn’t do the work correctly. He said “they are all stinging insects” and didn’t seem to care that he had it wrong. I said I’d give him a week to make it right. Well the week has gone by and I have heard nothing, so here is my review. I’d suggest that other would-be customers go elsewhere or at least get more than one opinion, not sure based on my one experience that I would recommend anyone call you guys. Sorry.

I like Ike. He comes out and just does the minimal, which is what I want. He suggested the organic pesticide, and I’m very glad that he did. Although I am opposed to poisoning insects and wildlife, my boxelder problem has just made my life miserable in the summer, and no amount of non-toxic remedies that I struggled with for years has worked. Thanks, Ike!

Didn’t complete the job or secure the space. Left an open area that was to be repaired so we could prevent wildlife from getting in the attic. Pointed it out, refused to complete the job. Since then, I’ve left 2 messages and talked to someone in the office and no one has called back.

Ike did an excellent job getting rid of our wasp nest outside and then attacked our ant problem in the kitchen. He was knowledgeable and knew where the ants came in and how to tackle the problem. Thanks much.

The techs were prompt, efficient and thorough. We had been plagued with all manner of spiders, ants, stink bugs, box elder bugs, etc. After a couple of years with Abra we are as bug free as nature will allow. This is our 1st summer of their mosquito control so we’ll see how that works. Definitely worth the money. Max is very knowledgeable and is passing this down to his trainees. Great job.
