I have used plunkets pest control twice now, and have been satisfied with there quick response. Ants and termites seem to want to enter the house in early or late spring. This just being a recent issue, I believe because of the unconditional percent of rain fall these past two springs. And each time, plunkets has been there , professionally and friendly service to us. Will continue use this professional establishment. Thank you plunkets again..

Improperly quoted and after service, was given a bill almost 3x what I was quoted, I don’t have an issue paying for a service I either can’t or won’t do, but I do have an issue when the price changes after service, very unhappy with service. The tech was in my house maybe 10-15 minutes at a time for 3 visits, quick math puts it at about 45 minutes, they only put traps in for my mice issue, which I could’ve easily done, they did not go in the attic once, just looked. He also wiped his boots on my rug, mind you it wasn’t a door mat, it was a living room rug… He walked over and past 2 door mats on the way in. So I guess all of that amounts to $400. Again I wouldn’t have had a problem paying it if the services were even remotely worth it. They will not be getting my business again and I will not be recommending either.

I live an hour away from my 90 year old Mom. I use Plunkett’s at my home and business! My Mom had some itty bitty ant issues for a long time. My rep referred me to his son, who is a rep in my Mom’s city! God bless, for treating us like family!
