Snook Building Solutions LLC a year agoLJ put in an attic ladder & built a floor in attic. Great job! Put together fans & hung them. Installed outside light fixtures. Hung pictures on high walls – vaulted ceilings. Attention to details- always measured correctly- on time- efficient- reasonable pricing. Trustworthy. We miss him in South Florida! He was our go to “handyman.”

Schultz Kitchens and Baths 4 months agoWe recently completed a bathroom remodel with Schultz Kitchens and Baths. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom came out, reviewed the project, had some suggestions, and answered all our questions. it wasn’t a “hard sell” at all. He put my wife and I at ease from the beginning and even suggested ideas that would save us money at times. We were both impressed he didn’t immediately suggest the more expensive option whenever he could, even though that would have been more profitable for him. The communication was flawless throughout the project and the craftsmanship was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Schultz Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel. Well done, team. Thank you!

Rife’s Remodeling 2 years agoI can’t say enough good things about Rife Remodeling. Mr. Rife just finished doing a complete remodel on our three piece bathroom.. brought it down to the studs and built it back more beautiful than I could have thought. A complete overall, we’re obsessed. We went from dated and worn out to beautiful, classy and modern. He was on time, clean and communicated well.. everything came out flawless. He’ll be seeing us again for other projects and updates. Thank you so much!

Michigan Construction & Remodeling, LLC 4 years agoI feel like one of the most difficult things to find is a dependable and trustworthy contractor. I think everyone I have spoken to on the topic has a horror story or three. That is why I am beyond grateful for the work that Chris (and Brittany) at Michigan Construction and Remodeling, LLC did when renovating the new location of Daybreak Tattoo. As you can see from the picture below, they don’t even look like the same place even though I think we kept a couple walls! 1800 square feet of tile. Rerouted plumbing in concrete. So many walls, so much trim. Lots and lots of cabinets. (and doors to level, thanks Britt!) One very picky and often indecisive client. (me) We had a couple hiccups as every project does, but Chris was there every time he was supposed to be and often went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step along the way. I need to take a day and get pictures that really highlight all the wonderful work they have done but I could not be happier with the quality of work and level of service that they provided. Even better, come in and see the work for yourself! I can’t recommend them enough and you can be sure that Michigan Construction and Remodeling is my go to for every project from here on out!
