I want to give a shout out to Hillary Martini, She went above and beyond to help solve my issue. She is a very kind and compassionate person. i wanted to discontinue service with Griffin Pest Solution but because Hillary Martini i am staying through out the contract, I do not want to talk to any other Representative but her. she made sure before we hung up she went over every details of what we discussed. I want Amanda to be fully acknowledged for her professionalism and knowledge in helping with pest issues at my house… Not only is she an amazing tech… Amanda is a super kind, caring, and helpful person! She’s a great listener, so she totally understood my concerns and questions. Her responses all made perfect sense, and she had really smart suggestions. PLUS: Amanda was doing her job brilliantly even at the end of a Heat Index 100° day! She was calm, patient, cheerful, and went out of her way to take great care of what I needed today… I was so so lucky to have Amanda’s help today… And Griffin is so lucky to have Amanda as part of the team…
