Josh and Terry, the two soil remediation technicians, were superb in performing the soil removal and sanitization, in a very difficult crawl space area. They removed many bags of trash, disinfected the area, and carefully contained the soil and refuse. I would highly recommend Critter Control for wild animal remediation services. Thank you for a job well done!

Find a different company to use instead of Critter Control in Worcester. Horrible customer service and they will not call you back once they have your money. We hired them for bats in the attic and they tried to push the remediation into June which is against Massachusetts state law due to pupping season in June and July. We had to lean on them to get the remediation done before June, and they did finally get to the house after several scheduling/rescheduling issues only to have them not get all the bats out by 1 June. We’re now trying to get a call back to get scheduled for August for them to come out and get all the bats out for good this time, but they aren’t returning any calls. All calls to the local office aren’t even answered anymore and now get punted over to the useless corporate number. Still can’t get a call back from anyone local or corporate. Plenty of empty promises to get a call back from the manager though. Happily going to escalate this issue to the BBB. These people will take your money, do shoddy work, and have shady business practices overall. Use anyone else but them for animal or pest removal.

They are phenomenal! They came out to give me a quote as quickly as they could. There was a back order on the type of cap I need but they remained in contact every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance, which is incredibly rare these days. So happy with the end result and the service I received along the way. Can’t recommend them enough.

0 professionalism, no accountability, empty promises and uneducated staff who dont seem to care if your card gets a charge for services that were never even done at your residence. Still waiting for a call back from a “regional manager” named Mark. Nobody knows what’s going on, nobody knows who’s in charge, an absolute nightmare. Complete lack of customer care. Scammers.

Great service provided by critter control. We had a squirrel in the house and they arrived in a timely manner to assess the situation. We needed work on our chimney as well as holes in our house siding. The technician was professional and friendly. The work to seal the area from wild life was secured with a critter door and later replaced to ensure no animal could access the home. I appreciated Terry letting me know each step as he plugged in the holes and ordered us a new chimney cap.

I can’t say enough about this business. I gave them a very difficult job and they completed it in a timely and professional manner with great communication. Of the four people I worked with, everyone was very personable and even played with my dog. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and they made me a priority to get things done in a timely manner to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend critter control.
