Severn Landscaping 2 weeks agoI WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. We hired them to build a patio and seed our yard. In the middle of the work, after signing the contract, he tried to unilaterally change the terms of the contract and demand we pay him everything upfront AFTER he had already torn the yard up in preparation for the patio, effectively holding us hostage. He refused to refund the deposit of 2k as stated in the contract. We have a pending lawsuit against him, and a MHIC complaint has been filed. Please see the pictures, and don’t let this happen to you! Get a reputable company!
