Very nice guys and will continue to use them. We had ALOT of earwigs inside and outside of our home and they took care of them quickly for us. Haven’t seen an earwig since! They are very knowledgeable about their work and answered every question I had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Reliable and responsive, reasonable prices. Came within a couple hours when we called about termite damage we found while replacing a wall. Turned out it was old damage and limited to one post (thankfully), but he came back for a preventative treatment this spring. Happy with the service and responsiveness/ communication.

John, the owner of The Bug Man responded to my house and listened to my concerns about subterranean termites. An entire home treatment plan was discussed. Within a few minutes John provided me with a fair price and further advised he could start the treatment process within days. John arrived on time and was fully prepared to properly complete the treatment service. Approximately five hours passed and the treatment service was complete. Based on my experience with John the Bug Man, I absolutely recommend hiring him based on his on time arrival, preparedness, honesty, hardworking attitude and a fair price.

We called John on the weekend and we got a prompt response. He ended up coming out and was so helpful and honest with us about a situation we had with a bat in the attic. Very professional and would most definitely use him again!

He was very pleasant, informative and timely. The process was fast and efficient. The results were as requested. He located the problem, exterminated the bees and destroyed the nest. I’m very pleased with the outcome. No complaints 👌🏾. Hopefully I won’t need him for any other intruders but if I do, I’ll definitely use his services again!
