Sean and his team are the absolute best. They go so above and beyond. I’ve had a persistent, tricky mouse issue for about a year now— and I think Sean cracked it! Moreover they are just such hardworking, kind folks who show up quickly, are extremely thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. From offering to come monthly in the colder months to refill bait stations or to their commitment to safety to offering water some thirsty plants on a service call while I was out of town, I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all Key Pest does that makes them so much more than a standard pest control company

I wholeheartedly agree with all of the 5 star reviews of this company. I’ve never had the experience of a company – especially a pest control company – talk to me about options I could try on my own (flea infestation) before they would come out and treat….what an honest company, with lovely employees. Eric came to our house and was great – he suggested different things to try first, and then to call them back if it didn’t work. He didn’t even charge for the visit. I wish every company operated like this.

Most honest and fair company around. I’ve been using Shawn and team for almost 5 years and won’t use anyone else. After receiving a few companies tried to use scare tactics I called Shawn and he was competently honest and even educated me so I knew what to look for for certain things. Best pest control company around!

All of my mice issues were outside on my deck…still not cool and i freaked out. Called and Eric was here same day. He was super nice to me despite my over spastic reaction. Traps set less than 24 hours later. Literally sleeping better knowing mice will not be making a home in or around my house this fall season.
