If i could leave – stars i absolutely would. I live in an old house and unfortunately just didn’t receive the results i wanted with this company. I switched to a different service which just worked better i communicated i did not want anyone else to come out however someone was sent to my house without my permission and began spraying. The man knocked on my door part way thru and said i needed to call the office. I informed him i would not be calling the office and didn’t want anyone to come out. I agreed to sign that he was there for exterior only and he left. I initially refused to pay the invoice because they are trying to bill me for a whole service when they only completed half the service. I finally caved and paid for half the service since that’s what was completed but am still being harassed and told i need to schedule someone to come out. I’ve had to block someone named Paula who kept texting me despite me specifically asking not to be texted. After i blocked her number she sent me an email. Its a horrible business practice and i could not recommend avoiding this company more.

Paul and the team at Q Pest came highly recommended to me by a coworker as well as by my RE agent, and they’ve very much exceeded all of my expectations. I used Q Pest for both Termite Inspection and Treatment and Quarterly Pest Control services and have been very pleased with the service and results so far, 5/5 business!

Mr. Simms, owner of Q Pest Control, is a consummate professional and probably one of the nicest people you’ll meet. We’ve been satisfied customers for many years after he dealt with a termite infestation. We swear by the yearly inspections. Mr. Simms explains everything clearly and even recommends commonsense solutions to fix conditions that attract pests.

A rodent or pest problem happens to everyone. I’ve been a happy customer of Q for almost three years now I think. We started with them on a monthly plan to eliminate a rodent infestation. Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I don’t know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock. I’ve met three of the technicians now and all three have provided a clear explanation of our situation, what treatments have been done, and what to expect. Lyn in the office is courteous and professional when scheduling and arranging for payment.

Frank was an amazing resource in detailing our Termite treatment options and provided us with an affordable service. When him and his team was on-site, they were super nice, efficient, and made sure they went out of their way to explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them for your pest needs.

As someone who has owned a home with a termite infestation in the past, having an annual service contract with Q Pest Control gives me so much peace of mind! Termite prevention really a must for every homeowner here in Maryland. I’ve hired more than one company in the past for pest control but Frank with Q Pest Control has proved to be a real keeper. The inspections are thorough and Frank is highly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s evident that he takes pride in doing good work and taking good care of his customers and their homes.

Called Q Pest Control this morning after discovering an enormous wasps’ nest above an exterior door. The owner of the company appeared within two hours and completely resolved our issue along with a few smaller ones discovered during a thorough inspection of the property. Super nice, very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Frank, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
