Adcock’s trapping Service never completed work paid for, They set a trap on the ground instead of the roof and after 5 days they came and took their trap and left without capturing the raccoon. I was charged $495.00 for no result. They didn’t do an extensive investigation. No more. I would not recommend them

Excellent customer service, called on a Sunday with a pest problem in the dryer vent. They had the option for emergency service with an extra charge. Decided to have them swing by on Monday morning. The tech was very approachable and spent the time to explain how the vent covers work. Since he didn’t have all the vents, he offered to come back the next day to install them. To my surprised he showed up in the afternoon to finish the job! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Adcock’s service for dealing with wildlife that have managed to encroach on living space. Everyone was kind and professional, particularly Aaron, who set and checked the traps that finally caught the squirrel that had chewed through wood along the drip edge to make a nest in the eave. Aaron showed up every morning, left notes to keep me informed, and finally communicated with me via phone, as our squirrel was very reluctant to be captured. Aaron decided on another space for a trap, and loaded it with lots of goodies that our squirrel could not resist. I called Aaron to let him know it had been trapped, and asked him to come and get it that afternoon. He did, and I so appreciated not having to worry about the animal overnight. It was sad to trap and relocate a creature that had made its home in our area, but Aaron showed me photos of his own squad of animals that he had saved and nursed back to health. Made me feel a lot better about it all, knowing another animal lover was on the case. Congrats to Adcock’s for hiring such a wonderful agent for their company!

We have had several contacts with this company and all have been very satisfactory. They are responsive, prompt and professional. Their personnel were very easy to work with and clearly knew what they were doing. I am generally known as a tough grader, but this operation is first rate and I comfortably give them a well-deserved 5 star rating.

Adcock’s has been our go-to wild animal problem solvers for many years. Always on time and responsive to our needs! From the birds nesting in our new house’s attic to the opossum who overwintered in our BBQ to the groundhog who took up residence under our suburban deck, Adcock’s has been with us to humanely remove wildlife and offer practical ways to discourage future issues. Today, the professional and friendly team of Willie, Matt and Eric did a phenomenal job expertly installing a galvanized steel mesh framework (2 ft into the ground!) to the underside of our deck to solve our “rabbit hotel” issue this year. They readily answered our many questions in a knowledgeable fashion. Their meticulous attention to detail was commendable, and their work ethic was amazing during this 5-hour job. Not only was the result with the deck outstanding, but they also took great care with the surrounding landscape and lawn. They are prime examples as to why Adcock’s Trapping Service is such an excellent company. Thank you!

What seemed at first pricey turned out to be a huge bargain. Joseph did a superb job of removing some wayward squirrels from our house, and was a pleasure to work with. He is a true animal lover—even feeds his captives before relocating them. I can recommend Adcock’s Trapping with complete confidence.

Great experience with Adcocks removing a bat from our house. Came out within a couple hours of us initially calling them. Clint was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. $125 for full interior/exterior bat inspection. Helped us find potential access points, and thankfully after a very thorough search he found the bat itself too in the craziest hiding place we never would have found ourselves (note: bats are amazing at hiding so they do not guarantee they’ll find the bat). He humanely trapped him and released him away from our house.

They came the same morning that I called and found a bird that had gotten into our furnace. Not only did they get the bird out alive but they added wire mesh to the access point on the roof to prevent future incidents. They explained everything and were very reasonably priced. We’ll certain use them again should we need it.

We had a severe mouse problem in January. Adcocks charged me $1600 to seal the outside of my house and said it would take 6-8 weeks for the mice to use up their stores. It’s been more than 3 months now and the mice are still coming and going freely. As I type this, I’m in the basement hearing the sound of mice running above my head. It’s been a huge waste of money.
