We had our first treatment inside and out. Jordon was wonderful answered all my questions. Devised a plan to keep the two dogs and cat out of the sprayed area till was dry and pet safe. He also found a very large hornets nest and sprayed it for us. i have called the office as well and they were very personable and helpful. for first time customer and first treatment I would say I am very happy.

Just had our first pest control service, Jordan and Tavian were very informative, professional and courteous! Jordan answered all my questions and checked all the areas we thought we may have a problem. Looking forward to seeing if the product works! Jordan also explained that we should give it a couple of weeks for the product to work and after that, if we see any problems to call the office and they will come back and retreat.

Not sure why some on here have their panties in a bunch over the sales guy on the scooter. He dropped by my residence at 7:45pm (I see nothing wrong with that) and was super polite and friendly. He took his time going over the services available and answered all my questions. A couple things for those with a stick up their rear: 1) a lot of people – especially young adults – have no idea what the word “soliciting” means so just because you have a “No Soliciting” sign on your property does not mean a salesperson necessarily knows what that means and 2) most folks aren’t home until after 5pm so that gives the person about 3 hours between 5-8pm to do their job. Knocking on somebody’s door at 7:45pm doesn’t make a person rude. Lighten up and stopping being so grumpy. As for the actual service, we got off to a rough start to be honest. First technician showed up 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time while I wasn’t home; did the service but only in part because my dog was in the kennel and the technician couldn’t treat that area. He also obviously was unable to treat the interior space I wanted treated. I spoke with the area manager who was very responsive – he sent Travian and another technician out the very next day. They did an outstanding job going above and beyond. Best part, I’m already seeing the results from their work just a week or so later. Definitely recommend and worth all 5 stars *****
