We’ve been with Billiot for years…when we discovered what looked like an active colony inside our home they sent someone out 2 days later and addressed the problem and a week later our home was covered entirely with the baiting system the tech recommended and now we have peace of mind that our home is protected from pests indefinitely and guaranteed.

Mr. Steve Riggs was sent out to my house to INSPECT for termites. That he did NOT do, he didn’t go around looking outside for tunnels along my house he didn’t go into my house. He gave us a quote for prevention without seeing if we had an infestation or not. I was going to do prevention but I’m not doing it through this company because we wasn’t given the time of day.
