Double check them. They tried to scam me. They tried to charge me twice for a pest control service. I was last serviced in December and called to schedule a new service in June. The operator stated I could not schedule until I pay my outstanding balance from December. I was pretty sure I paid it but I took her word for it and paid so I could schedule. My home was service as requested and they ask for payment for June. It didn’t sit well with me so I verified if I paid in December and I did in fact pay. When I brought it to their attention they said it must have been a stick payment or system error…lies…if I didn’t look back I would have been charged for December twice and once for June. This is shady business. I pretty sure they have don’t this to others or may have already scam me in the past. I’m switching service providers.

Sometimes I have a good experience with scheduling and getting my house termite protection renewed and other times it’s like pulling teeth. Used to be super easy! Quick to want to get paid but slow to perform service.

Came fog twice in three months. Gave me a discount because they took four hours to get to my house. Made us stay out till 8pm at night because of the four hour wait after it’s fogged. Ridiculous!! Fogged and the day after there were still roaches running around. My dryer was broke so I had clothes in the laundry room. They took a picture without my consent. They had the nerve to send it to me when I called and complained because the fog didn’t work. The roaches weren’t even in the laundry room. If they knew what they were doing they would have known where they were nesting. Bad communication and horrible people skills. I do not recommend them one bit. Never heard from them again and they knew I was highly pissed and unhappy with their service. I own a business and never would I treat a client like that. Like I didn’t know my dryer was broken and I had clothes on the floor. I’m sure there are laws against taking pictures in peoples houses without permission. Sad Dons, just pathetic!!!

Highly recommend! Had them inspect our home before buying for termites. After we thought we may have found termites. Rudy came out right away free of charge to inspect and reassured us there were no termites. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Rudy!

They invoiced me to schedule termite protection at my newly built home. I had to prepay for the service, once i paid the service was scheduled about a month out. The guy showed up and said he couldn’t perform the service because the weather was too bad, which I can agree to. He told me they would call that day or the next day to reschedule. The office never called, so I had to follow up. They scheduled me a month out(which is today) I get a call from a woman that speak very fast and rushed me off the phone to say the tech won’t make it and they have to schedule me 4 weeks out. Now I am upset, y’all made me prepay and is lacking on performing the service. I questioned why is it so far out, because that is ridiculous, and her response is because y’all are booked. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU RESCHEDULED!!! I shouldn’t have to wait another month for service. I asked what if I get termites because of your lack of service,, and her response is your company would pay to take care of it.. Oh really? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I paid all this money and I can’t get the service completed!!!
