I was home when the tech checked my termite bait stations around my house. He did not go into my house to check the bathroom traps but stated on the report that he inspected them. That is dishonest. The same issue happened last year and I had to call them to come back! For over $300 a visit, I want to get a full inspection, not a partial one and a false report!

Just built my home, which DA provided the new construction termite treatment (pre and post construction treatment) on 10/11/22 and 9/22/23, consecutively. Moved in in July 2023. They sent me a contract renewal bill for $185 due 10/11/23. I forgot about it, until May, when I called to see if I could still renew I was told I would need to have a new inspection, re-treatment and a new contract. The inspection found no termites (DUH!) and the Quote was for $1200 for re-treatment and $237 yearly after that! RIDICULOUS! I mean their last treatment on my home was done ONE MONTH before the contract expiration date! No morals or loyalty to customers. Greedy company! 0/10- DO NOT RECOMMEND!

D A Exterminators, always within a few minutes of appointment time, always willing to take the time to explain what they will do or have done, and always reasonable with their charges. We had a termite contract with a different company when we bought this house. Within six months I cancelled with them and contacted DA.

DA has been our exterminator for bugs and terminates since 2005. We seldom see a bug inside. If we do, they come out and respray in a timely manner. They’re easy to work with too!

They don’t even have the correct photo or information on their Wolf Spider page. They have a picture of a jumping spider (they are very cute, extremely smart, and lovely to have around. Seriously look them up.) instead of a wolf spider. They say Wolf Spiders get between 0.5-1.0 inch. That is incorrect. They get significantly larger than that. Wolf Spiders also do not “hunt in packs” (good grief). They do, however, eat smaller spiders like baby Black Widows and Brown Recluse. And they will even hunt adult Brown Recluse spiders and Black Widows if they don’t have a lot of other food sources. They are also not harmful to humans. They can bite, but would rather not. But really, if you think about it, we can bite, too. We would just rather not. Conclusion about Wolf Spider: they are actually good roommates and neighbors. Conclusion about this company: I’m not hiring a company that doesn’t even know the “pests” they hunt.
