From the initial consultation to the final treatment, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The technician who came to perform the inspection was knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem and the steps that would be taken to solve it. He also provided me with valuable information on how to prevent future infestations. The treatment was executed efficiently and effectively. The technician was attentive to my concerns and made sure that the process was as unobtrusive as possible. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the care that was taken to protect my home and family. I was especially impressed with the follow-up services. I contacted them for quotes on termites and roaches. The inspector came out and inspected my home in and out. I was given a quote for monthly pest inspection at $50. I decided to use the monthly service. When it was time for my 3rd inspection I called to ask for something more affective due to me not seeing any results. The representative showed no concern with the fact that they quoted me for and we treating my home incorrectly. She proceeded to tell me that they could come and spray an aerosol treatment for $150. I explained that my elderly father lives with me and I didn’t want an aerosol spray. I asked for baiting and spraying instead. She stated that that was the treatment that they use. She just apologized for their mistakes. I asked how did the representative and inspector fail me without realizing not once but twice when spraying. She just said I know I do apologize.

Jessie was the person who was the service tech. He was very professional and went above and beyond in making sure the work was done correctly. We had not moved everything that needed to be moved and he spend well over an hour helping my wife move things away from the baseboards. He had a great attitude and was very patient with her. A great representative for your company!
