For months my family and I kept hearing scratching, flapping, and sliding in our attic. I finally booked an appointment for some professional help. Mike Cooper came out and informed me that we had bats, and mice. He setup mouse traps, a bat valve in the attic, and setup bait stations on the exterior of the property. Within 2 weeks, all of the bats had left, and the mice died. I am very impressed with Mikes professionalism, knowledge and compassion for his customers.

John with Critter Control was great. Had a bat situation in our garage. He was quick to respond to our request. He took care of the bat, inspected the garage, and then gave us tips on keeping any future bats out. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.

John Whitford came to a service call as we had squirrel nest on top of gutters. He came and was so informative, answered all my concerns and questions. He told me how he was going to handle the situation as well as all the possibilities. After he took care of the nest in the quickest and easiest way we then had another concern in the back of our house. He again explained in detail all the ways it might need to be handled. He then told me he would be back in few days to check things out. He came back in short amount of time and again handled the situation in the easiest way. I was so impressed with John’s patience, expertise and care with both our concerns. I felt he went above and beyond in customer service. If I ever had a problem would definitely use him again. John came out today to investigate the possibility of mice in the attic – which there are 🙁 but he was very thorough and found where they had gained entry and repaired that area as well as setting traps. He did a great job and was efficient very nice to deal with. …

Have used this company twice now. (Not their fault they had to come back … it’s those stupid squirrels!) I’ve worked with John and he’s terrific! Shows me exactly what the issue is and how he’s going to solve it. And prompt too! Highly recommend.
