Ashley, Pat and the entire team do an exceptional job! They always call ahead and schedule the next treatment and the techs have yet to be late…so nice to have someone show up when they say they will be there!! They have kept all of the bugs and spiders out and now I am trying out there mosquito pots so I can be pest free inside and outside this summer!!! Lots of products, options and knowledge there, highly recommend them!!

WORST service ever! Worst $142.00 for a 1x spray for spiders ONLY! They was 1 hrs 45 min LATE , when I made apt 3 MONTH guarantee called today 6 days later to be told no we don’t have any guarantees and won’t come redo anything unless you repay!!

I called them for a quote and had both a verbal and written quote on the contract, and I accepted the bid. When the contract was sent to me they had doubled the contract length. They then refused to honor the written quote. The situation was explained to me yes but their refusal to honor their own techs written estimate was highly unprofessional.

I am an Apartment Manager in Abilene Kansas. I deal with Shane on a regular basis. I have to say he is and has always been very professional and personable. I actually look forward to our quarterly treatments because he makes a not so enjoyable task, rather fun. If we ever have any issues, i can always trust him to take care if it in a timely manner. I believe a company’s reputation is very important and it starts with the first line of contact which is usually Christie and Holly that i speak to for scheduling. The ladies are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business and their employees to anyone.
