George came to our house and found the entry point and problem right away. He was able to give us good options and treated the area and then came back a week later to follow up and make sure there was no more activity. He also found that the sewer cap needed replacing by a plumber and recommended we get it fixed. He was very thorough and pinpointed the issue right away. I am confident that our issues are 100% resolved, I have contacted the plumber to replace the cap and we shouldn’t have any more problems going forward.
