I haven’t used any services from them and will not be!! The one star is to complain about their door to door sales people. Completely unprofessional and would not take “no” as an answer no matter how many times I said it! I had to slam the door in his face. The first time I said I wasn’t interested in what he was selling, his reply was “oh no ma’am I’m not interested in you, I have a girlfriend” and then laughed. I did not find that funny. I told him I understood he had a job to do, but I was clearly not interested. He kept pushing and would not listen to a word I had to say. That’s when I just shut my door. NOT a way to gain a customer!

I have been with NOMO for 4+ Mm years now. I have always found them to be reliable, courteous, and professional. One more thing I would add is the high level of their honesty. I have been approached by other extermination companies who lied to me and when I found out I immediately cut them off. Take it from me, you can’t go wrong with NOMO.
