Mid West is the best company for pest control! Roxann is amazing! Our properties have been using them for years! So quick to get you taken care of and every resident has a good experience with their techs! My personal favorite tech is Nicolette!! Always cheerful, ready to work, and so efficient! Not only does the service not work but there have been multiple reports of them acting as apartment inspection for Topeka apartments. If you job is to do pest control then do that if you wanna spy on tenants then get a job with a leasing office. They’ve gotten the elderly and disabled kicked out for not dusting. My neighbor was left homeless because of this when she’d simply been away for the week.
