Sunago Roofing & Exteriors 8 months agoUpdate: After attempting contact for three weeks, I finally heard back from Jason. The weather was hot and humid and there was a delay in fixing the roof for worker safety reasons, glad they’re taking that into account. Probably about 6 weeks after initial attempts to contact, the area of roof was fixed, boards underneath removed and replaced, and paint on the underside of the roof touched up. I don’t begrudge the delays for safety reasons, definitely want to take that into account and Jason was good about letting me know if there were ongoing delays. I am frustrated by initial lack of contact even acknowledging my attempts to communicate. That was poorly done. Original review: I have tried to contact Jason with Sunago multiple times in the last month about an issue I recently discovered. I need to request an inspection and for Sunago to fix a leak that has caused damages after their team redid my roof. He answered his phone one time and we had a day planned to meet but he did not show and since then he has not answered his phone or responded to messages. He was difficult to get ahold of during the initial replacement phase but asking them to fix a problem they caused has been impossible. Clearly Sunago doesn’t stand behind their work. My roof is less than three years old. Apparently you can’t trust them for a long term roofing solution and cannot get ahold of them to correct their workmanship.

Stepps Construction LLC 4 months agoI contacted Stepps Construction – owner Justin Stepps as referred to me by Yokes Master Plumbing, whom I have great respect. Stepps Construction is now my favorite go to place of business for home construction/repair. I met with Mr. Stepps and I feel it was the smartest decision for my deck removal and complete replacement. I love the finished project and I will be happy to recommend his work of perfection to everyone needing home repair done correctly. I am placing before and competed photos. I included deck after removal of the old deck, during construction and two photos after completion. I am pleased to add, work well done and clean up after was excellent. Justin respected my property during the process of construction. I am thankful I met him and chose his company to rebuild following my desired vision on “job well done”.

JC Construction and Roofing LLC 2 years agowe just had JC Construction remodel and update our home. New roof, kitchen, bathroom, doors, paint and more. They did it all. Jason and Kayla were always in touch and accessible and we highly recommend them. We are very happy with their work.
