Just run. Not worth ridiculous contract they make you sign. I’ll get charged $500 now for 1 visit to my home I never had a problem with pests in. Basically they swindled me when I was outside with my family and had a pushy sales man sell me on something I didn’t need. It’s all to worth it to pay the $250 before they scam me out of much more money for something not needed. If you truly have a problem go with someone who charges you by the visit and not a company who throws a contract down your throat to make you submit to them. So many good local companies to choose from that are reputable and not going to charge you $500 per visit.

Greg our technician was very friendly and explained how all the products he used work. Even in the heavy rain he was out there treating the home like a professional instead of rushing it like most companies would.
