I had reliable come back out because our bees were still eating into the cedar. (Note, they shouldn’t be spraying all over the metal, lighting and even outdoor tv) and I asked I be there so to call prior since they didn’t confirm the time. I never received a call so assumed they never shower until I walked on my back porch and noticed the mess AGAIN!! This was why I asked to be present. The bees were just all over our shelving units and one particular area. I also was angry last time they came and carelessly sprayed and left a mess on our black metal that shows everything. I just power washed it and it’s everywhere. Not even close so you can tell there was no care to what he was doing. So disappointing. It’s a mess. All over nice furniture, laterns and our television!!!!!!! It’s just inconsiderate and I will definitely use another company next time. Pictures can’t even show the real mess.

Mr. Patrie was very nice and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. We have a new dog, so this was a little awkward with a loud barking dog, but Patrick handled it admirably. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Mr. Patrie was very friendly, respectful, and informative. He is very cheerful. He explained clearly what I needed to know. He asked permission to see parts of the house and to use doors. He asked if there was anything else I needed before he left. I felt very equipped to tell my husband what our situation was with the roaches. I really appreciate all that was done.
