Austin was great. I had a few questions before he started and he was able to answer all of them and he made sure I understood everything. He took his time explaining things and thoroughly explained everything. It was very refreshing to not just get quick short answers so that he could get to work.

David Longfellow (I have forgotten his title-sorry) was so friendly, kind, thorough when he explained the system, service, and charges. I was so at ease with him. Sean, service technician, arrived on time, explained what he would do and went over it again when he was finished. We had a delightful conversation about places we’ve lived and our ancestries. I feel comfortable that I can call him if the pests refuse to leave. Thanks for your service.

Pest control services were great and technicians were always friendly and easy to work with. However, communication was not the best. I never knew when services were going to be – I had to check the portal myself or I would randomly get a text telling me they were coming that day. Customers should be notified at least two days in advance if a technician plans to come to their home. Also, it’s so difficult to cancel – canceling over the phone is annoying and they PRESSURE you to stay. I understand it’s their job to make sales/keep customers, but don’t pressure me into staying when I’ve made it clear I want to leave.
