I use Arrow to treat at my place of employment. We have been client’s of theirs since 2021, and could not be happier. Kenneth is so great on the phone when he calls to set up the bi-yearly appointments. And the tech we had today, Chase, was the best (although all of the techs that have visited us were great too!). He was prompt and succinct. Got us taken care of. Myself and a coworker had some questions for him regarding residential issues we are having and he was a well of valuable information. I highly recommend Arrow. I will be calling for my home too. They are the best.

The guy who sprayed the inside did a great job. Unfortunately it was raining and he couldn’t do the outside. Finally after a few weeks someone else came to do the outside and he was here maybe 3 minutes. I don’t know what he did but when I called to set it up they said he would power wash so far up the house all around, knock down spider webs, bees:hornet nests etc. When he left my husband had to go around and knock all the nests down himself. They claim it’s guaranteed for a year. I had bugs back inside after a few months. When I called to have them come out and respray they were a no show and no call. Will never use again after my year is up!!!!
