They were very professional and nice. However, service was poor. Their heat nor chemical treatments did not work. They offered to keep coming back and treating, but there is no point, it doesn’t work! Not only that, it is an inconvenience to leave my home for multiple hours so they can treat. It is too much work to prep the house and put it back together. The answer can’t be for them to just keep coming out and displacing us for the day. I would not recommend.

This is probably the best place to use for bed bugs. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They were out to do an inspection the same day I called. The technician went over everything with me and was very thorough with the treatment. The office staff was very polite and helpful with answering all of my questions. The treatment worked and I have not had any signs of bed bugs since. I would highly recommend this company for bed bug extermination.
