I had been a long term customer for over 25 years for termite control. I had them come by for ant control and the ants were back in less than 30 days. They were going to charge me 85 dollars to treat again. I said no and that I would have to reconsider my long term issues. I still had a termite control contract in place for 6 more week and had NEVER been late with a payment. They called back in a few minutes and said they were taking their termite traps back. I said not at that time, we had a contract. They CALLED THE POLICE and had them respond to my house. At that time the police tried to force me to allow the Arab tech on my property to remove the traps that I still had under contract. After a long argument, they left. I wouldn’t let them on my property. Told them to make an appointment to come pick up their gear, after they reimbursed me for the time left on the contract. I did not hear from them further until last week when they sent me a bill for renewal. How RIDICULOUS! If you want to experience HORRIBLE SERVICE, this would be the place to go.

Called many pest control companies for an issue we had arise. ARAB was the best “bang for the buck” customer service was phenomenal, from the first phone call when asking about price quotes to both of the technicians who came to our home. We had two treatments done for the price of one at many other places. All staff was friendly, and explained their services in detail detail we knew exactly what to expect and what we could do as well to help with the issue. Not only was it friendly to our wallets, but the issue we had—is now completely gone thanks to ARAB Pest Control!

Great people and Great prices. I would recommend this place for all pest control needs. Arab will come out and get you set up to keep everything you need to keep you house free from pests. The pricing is a great price and they will fix it fast. Thanks again Arab also Chuck is very good at what he does.

Expensive plan rate for a year . And you can get same treatment for less price in other companies. Not the best in town .
