Call to set up an appointment for a general termite inspection and I was please with tge courteous customer service representative. All my questions we’re answered and I was told to wait on a call from the technician to accommodate me with the service.

Made service call within 24 hours and quickly removed bird nest from open vent pipe and covered 3 open soffit vent pipes with secured wire covers to prevent re-entry (2nd floor of house). Technician Mark loves his job and was excellent.

I am the Assistant Property Manager at 200, and I love the efficiency of the people in the office and, of course, Troy!! He is amazing, has great customer service, is accurate about things, and has feedback from the Homeowners. He follows up with people he remembers from the previous visits without me having to ask. The overall Staff that “I” deal with is great; I just wanted to acknowledge Troy personally. I appreciate the efficiency you guys possess when scheduling and moving around schedules to be available for my tenants. I love the service overall. I don’t remember the young man who came last week, but I want to acknowledge his professionalism and how courteous he is. He was just here on a day that was not his routine visit, and I heard no complaints like always. He is genuinely the BEST

I had just been running down the google list calling companies to find help with birds in an exhaust vent. So many other places either never called me back, or their websites said it was a service they did but then someone in a call center states away would tell me no they actually didn’t. It took me an extra day to get in touch with someone from Smithereen (I was at work the first day by when they got back to me) but the guy I talked to when I called back remembered my service request. (I forget his name). So immediate bonus points for that. They were also very upfront about their pricing which no other place seemed like they wanted to be. (My situation was pretty straightforward.) It was a fairly quick turn around for their technician to get in touch with me and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Ron was great. Timely. Friendly. Really down to earth guy. And what an adventure rounding up the whole family that made my vents home. 😂 Ron bagged & took the majority of the mess with him. And after a little more clean up my home is bird/bird evidence free once more. I’ll absolutely be recommending Smithereen to any friends/family that have critter problems come up.
