I appreciate the great service American Pest Control provided for my home. We had bug activity but didn’t know the cause. Phil worked us into his schedule, gave a free inspection, identified the cause, and gave us a course of action. Phil was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I called to get info and Scott called me back within an hour. He was very informative & easy to work with. He was at our house within days and arrived right when he said he would. Right off the bad I was impressed. Our main issue was tiny sugar ants and stink bugs. He advised us that it would probably take more than one time for the ants but we haven’t seen one since he left! He even followed up 2 weeks later. He’s super easy to contact via text which is a huge perk. Looking forward to working with him and very pleased with the service and results!

We’ve been using American Pest Control ever since we found fresh evidence of mice shortly after moving into our house in summer 2020. Since then we’ve had a preventative maintenance contract with them to protect against mice and insects. In those years we’ve had no issues with either mice or insects inside our home, despite living across the street from an open field and several crop fields. Our experience with American Pest Control has been positive, and we expect to be customers for years to come.

We have used American Pest for a lot of years. Scott is alway prompt and on time. He knows our house and finds all of the spots and if we have any problems he comes back and fixes it.
