Deceptive sales tactics! I am always suspicious of salespeople knocking on the door but we recently moved and had pest control in the past and Joshua’s services seemed similar. We signed up for an annual pest control plan. They came today for a “service appointment” but it was a sales call for termite protection we did not request. My husband agreed to install termite baits but did not realize they signed him up for a $6K loan at 11% interest for three years of service. Overpriced and deceitful. I’m disgusted and cancelling with this company as soon as we can.

Great experience so far. Had our first service done today. The sales rep Jack was very nice and informative. Juan did a great job with the service; he was very quick and efficient. The customer service overall has been wonderful. Hopefully the product is as good as the people!

For the past year I’ve been hounded by this company. I’ve blocked multiple emails and numbers and their messages stopped for a while but recently they’ve started up again. This might be a response to all the negative reviews they’ve gotten recently and they’re trying to squeeze whatever little bit of money they can out of any customer they’ve ever forced their services on. I cancelled a visit and rather than working to reschedule with me they just sent someone randomly on a day no one was home and tried to spring the random charge onto me. Even beyond the lack of consent, the service just wasn’t worth what we were paying. It wasn’t like there was ever a bug problem before so it never felt like a necessity but their salesmen don’t really take no for an answer. TL:DR It’s not with the money
