This company used to be a good company. They told me that they did come out when they didn’t. I asked the representative that was out and he said he was out. I told him I have ring cameras and he was not on them. He told me sometimes they do not see him. Lol I also work from home. Then they stopped comming out all together. Never received any mail from them and 6 months later got a collection’s letter. I would not recommend them as well will tell everyone I know not to use them.

I would never recommend this company. They would say they came out and never come. When I talked to the Representative he told me he did come out. I told him I have a ring camera and he told me that sometimes they do not see him or record him being here. I have 2 so that was odd as well as I work from home. He said that he was out and sorry that I did not see him. Then all of a sudden they stopped showing up all together. I just took that as parting ways. Did not receive any mail from them for about 6 months and then received a collection letter from a company stating that I owed them money. This company used to be a good company but I would never use them if you are reading this and I will also tell people never to use them.

We’ve used Vanguard on our home since 2016. I will never go to another pest control company. First, we had Chester who was great before he moved on to his life-long career. Now, we have Tim and he is THAT GUY. Tim goes above and beyond, he’s super friendly, and he’s also informative of his products and services. Vanguard is lucky to have Tim, and so are we. Good on you Vanguard for creating a positive environment for your workers, and for always controlling our problem areas around the house. Highly recommend this company.

I often see the same fella parked in a pickup truck doing nothing, looking at his phone. As time went on, I started to think it was a salesman hiding in an industrial area. Go sell, bud. Give it a go. See who would buy a service from a namesake such as yours, pal. Maybe the real Vanguard is the beneficiary of printed money getting injected straight into the stock market but you aren’t them, fella. You gotta hustle.

Called a dozen times , left two voicemails still no response from them. Every-time I called, their voicemail said they are experiencing high volume of calls. I called at 9:02am and still got same voicemail. Please do us a favor and disconnect your phone line. I also filled out the online form and still no response by email either. Thank you for response to my Google review but still no response to email or phone call. (Hand on forehead)

They are awesome and very reliable. They come out when they say they will be there. Their quarterly service is great.

I’ve had Vanguard for over twelve years. In that time I’ve only called them back out twice to retreat. Last week I called them out to retreat for spidersand all the technician did was come out and run a cobweb brush over my cameras, I have it all on video. There was no retreatment as promised, now I have spiders all over my eves and cameras again a week later. I do not recommend this company anymore!
