Jordan the owner of Hemi pest control came to my door on a day that I had actually scheduled to try another pest control company that afternoon. Typically I wouldn’t pay much attention in those circumstances when someone comes to my door, but Jordan was very polite and I did not feel that he was pushy at all. He took time speaking with me and answering all my questions. His prices were better than the other company I had previously scheduled to come as well. Jordan seemed very sincere and that I could trust what he told me. He had recently started his own company and I decided I wanted to support his business then cancelled with the other company. Sterling who works for Hemi pest control showed up to the house shortly after and was very nice. He seemed to do a thorough job and listened to my concerns. I had some follow up questions after the initial visit and Jordan returned to spray one specific area of concern in the backyard without any issue. As of now I am very pleased and impressed with their service. All I hope to see is that they continue to be responsive and honor that they will return should any issues arise in between services. As of now I have no reason to believe they won’t.

Showed up on time!!! Whaaat? YES!!! Recd a text when they arrived at my home. Just like bavk in the day!! Polite. Personable. A+!! Nowadays we know our experiences can be less than acceptable. Hemi Pest Control is locally owned and homegrown. Jordan has a lot of experience, is very professional and provides a quality service at a reasonable price. Their pest control methods and products are effective; no critters in the house! They even go the extra mile and brush away spider webs and wasp nests! Their email and text notifications are very helpful to keep you informed of upcoming appointments and invoices.
